XENA STRYKER

Xena Stryker is a powerhouse in architecture, design, and real estate development, known for her bold, joyful approach to shaping spaces that leave a lasting impression.

 

A Tuskegee University graduate with a professional degree in Architecture, Xena began her career in Atlanta, where she taught architecture at both the high school and collegiate level before stepping into large-scale projects that would define her signature style.

Her portfolio includes over $675 million in transformative projects, including major renovations for the Atlanta Hawks Stadium, Chick-fil-A Headquarters, upscale hotel developments, and landmark government facilities. With a deep love for themed environments and emotionally charged design, Xena leads with a philosophy she calls Dopamine Design - spaces built to spark joy, memory, and movement.

She has earned executive certificates in Real Estate Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder and Women in Entrepreneurship from Cornell University. Currently pursuing her Master of Real Estate Development at Auburn University, Xena’s long-term vision blends architecture, psychology, and placemaking - her next academic milestone is a Doctor of Psychology, to deepen her impact at the intersection of environment and emotion.

YAHYA HASSAN, AIA

Yahya Hassan, AIA is a seasoned architect and strategic design leader with more than four decades of transformative impact in the built environment. With advanced architectural training from the Georgia Institute of Technology and Howard University, Yahya’s career reflects both depth and breadth across complex public and residential sectors.

Yahya has steered design excellence in a wide range of government facilities, civic buildings, and multifamily housing developments, shaping environments that serve community needs and elevate daily life. His work is marked by technical rigor, thoughtful planning, and a commitment to design that responds to both human and urban scale.

Over the span of 45 years in practice, Yahya has become a respected voice in design review and civic planning, serving on boards and contributing his expertise to urban design initiatives and reviews in the Atlanta region.

Yahya’s specialization in public architecture and housing underscores a career built on thoughtfully crafted spaces that balance programmatic demands with civic and community value. His work combines structural clarity with an enduring commitment to enhancing the way people live and interact within their communities.
